• Worker profile data (only if you register): name, contact, work history, qualifications, identity documents, references
• Employer account data: name, business email, billing information, shortlist activity

• To respond to your inquiries and contact form submissions
• To verify talent credentials (for talent registrations)

• With employers when a candidate has opted in to be visible to them

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes described above, or as required by law. Worker profiles are retained until you request deletion. Contact form submissions: 24 months. Employer account data: duration of subscription + 7 years for accounting records.

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/HTTPS), encrypted storage, access controls, and regular security reviews. Identity documents are stored encrypted at rest and accessible only to authorized vetting personnel.

9. Cookies

We use a minimal set of cookies: strictly necessary ones (e.g. session) and optional analytics (if you opt in). We do not use advertising cookies.

10. International Transfers

For EU users, we store personal data in EU-region infrastructure where possible. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or rely on adequacy decisions.
